Help! I have anxiety
The problem with anxiety is it reflects what we think. It is our reality. Anxious thinking equals anxious feelings. We feel what we think. And WHAT we think is based on what we believe. This is so helpful to know.

We make our being ok conditional on what we do or have. Then we live as if this is true. It’s not. Our ok-ness is innate. This means we were born with it…
Help I feel stuck…
Who of us has not had those days where we feel like however hard we are trying - here we are back in the same old place… AGAIN. Feeling bad about ourselves and our lives.
