What we explore together…

Creative being
We get to know each other and uncover our beautiful, creative minds. What exactly is health? We look at the intelligence within us right now and explore how our psychological system actually works.
Through fun exercises we explore what we would really like to do, have and be. We start to uncover a deep well of being within us.

Why we struggle
Hold on - if we are so amazing why do we suffer and struggle so much? We explore what gets in the way of our innate health and wellbeing.
We uncover the beliefs that create vicious cycles that mean we are bound to get stuck and struggle with the same things over and over again.

Our limiting beliefs.
When we believe that what we do and have makes us ok or not ok we will naturally think about life in a way that causes us to struggle.
What are the rules we have made up that make us unnecessarily struggle and suffer other people and life? What do we think we need to be ok? -
Now is New.
In the final section we explore our own identity - who we think we are as individuals and why this may not be as fixed as it appears.
We start to really appreciate that now is the only place we get to play the game of life - and even win! We plan our next steps…

We also are seeking young people to train and help grow this organisation. We have roles in facilitating, marketing, social media and accounting.
We don’t need to be “ready”, just willing to play the game of life.

Per person. 4 week evening course. Life time impact
Delivered by two experienced lead trainers.
Participants will be part of a small group exploring how we work. Once we understand how we work life becomes less personal and more fun. We stop looking at what is wrong with us and the world and start to appreciate what is right. We are open to opportunities and willing to play the game - to win!
Live in-person or online.
Opportunities to work with us to become facilitators or trainers. On-going mentoring support with our partnership organisations.

Who we are
Founders and course leaders Chrissy Kelly and Katherine Chidiac have vast experience of working with young people in schools, referral units, organisations, universities and with vulnerable, hard to reach young people. This includes care-leavers, special needs and ex-offenders.
They have developed this course after many years of teaching, training and facilitating groups of young people. They have both benefited from what they are teaching, which has transformed their lives.
Both Chrissy and Kat are passionate about sharing the hope of your innate creativity, mental health and potential.
