When we feel great
We do great…
A game-changing workshop to support talented young creatives 16-24
We bridge the gap between your incredible opportunities and young people’s capacity to take them on.
Playing the game of life to win is all about the inner game
When we feel discouraged and insecure we are not present, freely playing the game of life - and having fun!
You may be seeing young people who:
Are frustrated - even angry, aggressive or argumentative
Know it all - they are not open to learning/direction and they find it hard to listen.
Lose hours to a screen or habit
Not preparing themselves properly
Not freely taking their chances and daring to go all in
Have a lot of drama and life feels crazy
Feel anxious, stressed or worried
Overthinking and over-complicating things
Taking things too personally
Are exhausted/waking at night
Have physical symptoms and their health is suffering
Sometimes we need to take a step back to effortlessly move forwards
A game-changing creative workshop
In just two hours we will zoom out and uncover the genius capacity of the human mind to create.
Look around the room you are in - everything you see was conceived and created in the human mind. From a cup of tea to a rocket ship. We will explore our minds, how they work and how we are effortlessly and innately creative - even when we don’t feel like we are. We will also importantly explore what gets in the way - quite amazingly we are all up against the same thing - misunderstanding how our minds actually work.
Workshop Outcomes
Through our workshop, your young creatives will realise the following outcomes in EVERY area of their life:
Have increased motivation and confidence
Know they can cope - no matter their circumstances or external pressures
Are able to understand themselves and other people
Feel excited and hopeful about the future
More willing to go all in and create new solutions.
You will find young people motivated and confident to take responsibility for their own outcomes.
What we explore together…
Participants will be part of a group zooming out to explore creativity and how we work. Once we understand this, life becomes less personal and more fun. We are open to opportunities, willing to play and create our next steps.
The workshop covers these four parts:
Being creative. What is creativity and how we are all creative. We all have preferences. We explore the difference between intellectual knowledge and insightful knowing and why this is helpful.
Sewing seeds. We uncover our own capacity for innate creativity and ok-ness. Being vs doing. We explore what appears to get in the way of us being ok and why this is vital to understand.
Understanding the human mind. Through interactive exercises, we explore how our amazing and creative minds work and how they create our reality.
Now is new. We look at our own capacity to create the impossible. We brainstorm ideas and create our next steps to realising our preferences.
We don’t need to feel “ready”
- just willing to play the game of life.
