When we feel great
We do great…

A game-changing workshop to support talented young creatives 16-24

We bridge the gap between your incredible opportunities and young people’s capacity to take them on.

Is this you?

You want to mentor creativity. You support or have opportunities for talented young people aged 16-24 in the creative arts. You work with college and/or higher education students.

You see their potential. You want to support them. You believe in their creative capacities. We do too…

It can be frustrating because some creative young talent is not realised because of a lack of overall wellbeing, confidence, attitude and motivation.

Perhaps you are trying hard to help your students be their best, but you have seen too many talented young individuals slip through the system.

Why? Because they are unable to cope - be it pressure, lack of confidence/motivation or mental health issues. Quite simply, you can see their inner game is not supporting their outer game.

Playing the game of life to win is all about the inner game

What gets in the way of our capacity to create?

Many of us get stuck in a vicious cycle, where we try to do more, achieve more and get more stuff to feel better. If I could just do this… or just have that… I should be doing better than I am doing. I will be ok when… I will be ok if…

We naturally feel insecure and our minds get busy coming up with solutions to problems. We feel anxious about our future and become stressed about what may or may not happen. This worry can have a huge impact on our lives and gets in the way of our capacity to create new fresh solutions.

When we feel discouraged and insecure we are not present, freely playing the game of life - and having fun!

You may be seeing young people who:

  • Are frustrated - even angry, aggressive or argumentative

  • Know it all - they are not open to learning/direction and they find it hard to listen.

  • Lose hours to a screen or habit

  • Not preparing themselves properly

  • Not freely taking their chances and daring to go all in

  • Have a lot of drama and life feels crazy

  • Feel anxious, stressed or worried

  • Overthinking and over-complicating things

  • Taking things too personally

  •  Are exhausted/waking at night

  • Have physical symptoms and their health is suffering

Sometimes we need to take a step back to effortlessly move forwards

A game-changing creative workshop

In just two hours we will zoom out and uncover the genius capacity of the human mind to create.

Look around the room you are in - everything you see was conceived and created in the human mind. From a cup of tea to a rocket ship. We will explore our minds, how they work and how we are effortlessly and innately creative - even when we don’t feel like we are. We will also importantly explore what gets in the way - quite amazingly we are all up against the same thing - misunderstanding how our minds actually work.

Workshop Outcomes

Through our workshop, your young creatives will realise the following outcomes in EVERY area of their life:

  • Have increased motivation and confidence

  • Know they can cope - no matter their circumstances or external pressures

  • Are able to understand themselves and other people

  • Feel excited and hopeful about the future

  • More willing to go all in and create new solutions.

You will find young people motivated and confident to take responsibility for their own outcomes.

What we explore together…

Participants will be part of a group zooming out to explore creativity and how we work. Once we understand this, life becomes less personal and more fun. We are open to opportunities, willing to play and create our next steps.

The workshop covers these four parts:

Being creative. What is creativity and how we are all creative. We all have preferences. We explore the difference between intellectual knowledge and insightful knowing and why this is helpful.

Sewing seeds. We uncover our own capacity for innate creativity and ok-ness. Being vs doing. We explore what appears to get in the way of us being ok and why this is vital to understand.

Understanding the human mind. Through interactive exercises, we explore how our amazing and creative minds work and how they create our reality.

Now is new. We look at our own capacity to create the impossible. We brainstorm ideas and create our next steps to realising our preferences.

We don’t need to feel “ready”
- just willing to play the game of life.

Why choose us?

Simply - we open the door to new possibilities.

As experienced facilitators, teachers and entrepreneurs we have developed this workshop in partnership with young people, which enables them to realise their innate creativity, mental health and resilience.

This is vital.

Because no matter what past or present circumstances they are up against they have the capacity to thrive today.

Two hours may transform a life.

We will introduce young people to how the human mind works, how we thrive and what gets in the way. It works the same way for us all.

We call it HOPE.

“This will help individuals who have anxiety and life issues… I have been taught how to live a happy life without any worries”
