When we don’t feel ok
We don’t do ok…
A game-changing workshop to help young people 16-24 who are struggling to create their next steps into work, training or education
We bridge the gap between your amazing opportunities and young people’s capacity to take them on.
“Since learning about myself and that I’m ok; I’ve got a promotion, I’ve got a stable and reliable friendship group and my relationship with my family is better. Most of all, my relationship with myself is better. All areas of my life have improved so quickly and so well that I’d never have thought I’d be in this place of feeling content and enough.”
Maya, 21
When we feel ok, we do ok…

What young people are up against...
You may be seeing young people who:
Lack motivation and energy
Struggle just to get out of bed
Lose hours to a screen or habit
Do anything to get out of their head
Feel frustrated, angry or are losing their temper regularly
Feel out of control
Have a lot of drama and life feels crazy
Feel anxious, stressed or worried
Are exhausted / waking at night
Have physical symptoms and their health is suffering
Sometimes we need to take a step back to effortlessly move forwards
Many of us get stuck in a vicious cycle, where we try to do more and get more stuff to feel better. If we could just do this… or just have that… We will be ok when… Ok if… Be ok because…
Our minds get busy and we feel anxious about our future. We become stressed about what may or may not happen. This worry can have a huge impact on our lives.
What we explore together…
Participants will be part of a small group exploring how we work. Once we understand this, life becomes less personal and more fun. We stop looking at what is wrong with us and the world and start to appreciate what is right. We are open to opportunities and willing to play the game - to win!
The day is split into four parts:
Being human. What would be a miracle? We explore the difference between intellectual knowledge and insightful knowing and why this is helpful.
Sewing seeds. We uncover our own innate creativity and ok-ness. We explore what appears to get in the way of us being ok and why this is important.
Understanding the human mind. Through interactive exercises, we explore how our amazing and creative minds work and how they create our reality.
Now is new. We look at our own capacity to create the impossible. We brainstorm ideas and create our next steps to realising our miracle.
We don’t need to be “ready” - just willing to play the game of life.
