Understanding the inner game

A game-changing 2hr workshop to support talented young people 16-24 fulfil their potential

We introduce young people to their inner game - how it works and what gets in the way...

Is this you?

You support or have opportunities for talented young people aged 16-24:

  • Higher education students

  • Graduate training schemes

  • Athletes

You see their potential. You want to support them. You believe that they can make it. We do too…

It is so frustrating because some young talent is not realised because of attitude and motivation.

You have tried so hard to help them be the best they can be, but you have seen too many talented young individuals slip through the system. Why? Because they are unable to cope with the pressure of getting the top level of their game.

Quite simply you can see their inner game is not supporting their outer game.

Playing the game to win is all about the inner game

What gets in the way?

Many of us get stuck in a vicious cycle, where we try to do more, achieve more and get more to feel better.

If we could just do this… or just have that… Then we will be ok.
Our minds get busy and we feel anxious about our future. We become stressed about what may or may not happen. This worry can have a huge impact on our lives.

We are not present, freely playing the game of life - and having fun!

You may be seeing young people who:

  • Are frustrated, angry, aggressive or argumentative

  • Know it all - they are not open to learning/direction and they are not listening

  • Lose hours to a screen or habit

  • Not preparing themselves properly

  • Not freely taking their chances and daring to go all in

  • Have a lot of drama and life feels crazy

  • Feel anxious, stressed or worried

  • Overthinking and overcomplicating things

  • Taking things too personally

  •  Are exhausted / waking at night

  • Have physical symptoms and their health is suffering

Sometimes we need to take a step back to effortlessly move forwards

Workshop Outcomes

Through our 2 hour workshop your young talent will realise the following outcomes in EVERY area of their life:

  • Deeper understanding of themselves and other people.

  • Increased motivation and confidence

  • Feel more equipped to cope, no matter their circumstances or external pressures

  • Excited and hopeful about the future

You will find young people motivated and confident to take responsibility for their own outcomes.

What we explore together…

Participants will be part of a small group exploring how we work. Once we understand this, life becomes less personal and more fun. We stop looking at what is wrong with us and the world and start to appreciate what is right. During this 2 hour workshop we will explore:

A simple understanding of the human mind. Through interactive exercises, we explore how we are the same yet unique, with our own preferences. We discover how our amazing and creative minds work and how they create our reality.

Sewing seeds. We uncover our own innate creativity and ok-ness. We explore what appears to get in the way of us being ok and why this is important. To finish we discuss why Now is always New and how we can effortlessly create our next steps.

We don’t need to be “ready” - just willing to play the game of life.

Simply - we open the door to new possibilities.

As experienced facilitators, teachers and entrepreneurs we have developed this workshop in partnership with young people, which enables them to realise their innate mental health, creativity and resilience.

This is vital.

Because no matter what past or present circumstances they are up against they have the capacity to thrive today.

Understanding is vital

We will introduce young people to how the human mind works, how we thrive and what gets in the way. It works the same way for us all.

We call it HOPE.

“This will help individuals who have anxiety and life issues… I have been taught how to live a happy life without any worries”

Harry, 22
