Mum, are you struggling to do and be the best you know you can be?

Join plan.be*, a nourishing and new low-cost therapeutic coaching group for women and mums

Beginning online. September 2024

Welcome to plan.be*

Juggling being a woman with parenting, careers and relationships is a challenge. Sometimes it feels ok… and sometimes it really doesn’t.

How many of us have been brought to our knees trying to do all the things, keep all the plates spinning and from crashing around us?

This is not what we wanted for ourselves and our families. We have become busy, overwhelmed, anxious and fed up.

Who you are being matters. To me, to you and to your loved ones. Life doesn’t have to be as difficult and complex as it can so often feel. Together, let’s get ourselves back on track - feeling good and aligned in our lives again.

What really helps?

What really helps is creating space for ourselves, where we allow ourselves to settle. Once we take things off our minds we can more effortlessly hear our own wisdom and gain precious fresh perspective on our lives and what we would love.

Plan.be* the best you can be brings together women and mums who want better being for themselves in all areas of their lives.

What we probably don’t need is to add more things we “should”, “must” or “need” to do to our already never-ending “to do” lists. No more tips and tricks - there are enough of those already thanks.

So if you are as fed up with being fed up as I was, over being stuck doing the same things and getting the same results in some areas of life - this is for you. Join me here in September...

How are you doing? Really?

You may be in the thick of juggling all the things and not even have stopped to ask how you are doing.
Or perhaps you are through the “busy” period of parenting and realising that life could surely feel better than it does?

You may be noticing you:

  • are not sure how to actually help your children and have a better relationship. Everything you seem to do is “wrong”

  • keep arguing or falling out with other people / losing your temper

  • seem to always have lots of drama and feels crazy/manic

  • often overthink everything and feel busy all the time

  • struggle to make healthy choices for yourself: you can’t get out of bed or have trouble falling asleep / don't eat enough or eat too much / have lots of physical symptoms and your health is suffering

  • have little motivation and energy to do what you want to do

  • do anything to get out of your head - drink, drugs, medications, shopping… lose hours of your day to a screen or habit

  • cant let go of something(s) that happened in your past

Whatever you are up against right now this game-changing workshop can help uncover what is really going on for you…

If you would like your life to feel more effortless, loving, joyful and fun then this group will be just your cup of tea.

Join our new nourishing group workshops starting this September.

When we feel better, we tend to do better…

Feeling discouragaged?

I know it can feel difficult to feel good about life when you don’t feel your best or your wonderful child is struggling. It’s a challenge to know what to do and how to help those we love. We can easily feel discouraged. But there is a reason that all human beings are bound to struggle with life at times. It works the same for us all.

I will be sharing all my experience working with children and young people and helping them to thrive. But before we can really help others we need to attend to ourselves, take time to understand what the actual problem is. Because the problem is not what we think it is - but it is always 100% what we think.

You CAN find your own wisdom, clarity and freedom to help you and your family thrive.

This is a four-week group workshop to help you be your best self.

I am Katherine Chidiac, author, therapeutic coach, facilitator and creative entrepreneur. I specialise in helping young people to effortlessly navigate the complexities of the current mental health conversations and access their own innate health, wellbeing and creativity. I call it twinkly-eye territory.

I have helped facilitate thousands of people to transform their experience, alongside being a mum of 4 myself. I know all to well what we women and mums are up against as we struggle to balance our being with all the busy doing. For more on me…

Would you like more connection, joy and love?

When we become more present we will effortlessly connect more in all our relationships.

By the end of this group journey you will feel more confident in who you are being and what you can bring to your family.

  • I can only thank Kat for teaching such a valuable life tool. Words don’t really begin to describe how much I have valued and continue to value what I’ve been taught and the support I’ve received from Kat. If everyone learnt this about themselves, the world would be a better place. Which is why I have begun to explain my learnings to friends and family, eventually helping young adults like myself who thought there was no way out.
